Clearly retarded police officer arrests news crew

I have to wonder, I really do. Are these incidents being deliberately perpetrated by the powers that be (TPTB) in order to start the kind of civil unrest required to further the coming anarchy.

Of course this could just be one incredibly stupid police officer; but really, how can someone this stupid become a police officer in the first place???

 

Is it just me or does this smell of a deliberate setup between the officer and the news crew to further authoritative unrest.

Of course, there’s also the possibility that the cop is of the light and deliberately did this to warn the civilian population of internal attitudes that are quickly moving through the civilian forces.
